Fix your Fitness! Why you’re not getting the results you deserve.

Do you struggle with your health and fitness? Perhaps you are unhappy, out of shape, your clothes don’t fit, and you have no energy.   Imagine for a moment how you would look and feel if you were in top shape. Now think again how you really look and feel at this moment. If you want to fix your fitness you will need to admit to yourself that this problem exists. From here you are in good place to make a change and correct the problem. It’s time to stop complaining about your crappy results and listen up! Something you are doing is not working. If  you want to change you will have to own up to your mistakes. If you follow these tips you will enjoy the confidence and strength that comes with being  healthy and active.

Top 5 Fitness Mistakes and how to Fix them:

Mistake: No plan-  You wing it!  You have no direction and aimlessly do exercise. This is not good.

Fix: Have a plan of action to achieve your goals. It is best to have a program written out in advance for the day, week, and month. If you have no idea what you are doing then ask for help from a professional.

Mistake: No intensity-You don’t push yourself hard enough. You simply slack, and lack motivation to challenge and change your body.

Fix: Workout with others that motivate and push you such as a workout partner or personal trainer.

Mistake: No consistency- You miss too many workouts and lack the structure to keep the momentum going. Sorry doing 7 workouts one week and then missing 4 weeks will get you nowhere.

Fix: Make your fitness a priority by having a plan and people to support you. Learn to say “NO” to things that are really not that important to you.

Mistake: No form-You don’t do exercises properly. Not only is this very dangerous and you risk injury, but you will get a fraction of the results due to poor technique.

Fix: Learn how to do exercise right! Spend your time to learn from professionals who will help you.

Mistake: No change-You don’t change things up and stick to doing the same exercises over and over month after month, year after year. Not only is this boring but it limits your results with these familar movements

Fix: Add variety and change your fitness  plan every month or two in order to get optimal results.
